Do we need to make an appointment for a fitting?

Yes, please be aware this is not a shop so appointments are essential.


How do I make an appointment?

How do I return my suit?

All returns should be sent to 76 Brodrick Road, London SW17 7DY by guaranteed signed for post.


How do we get our deposit returned?

A refundable deposit is taken when the order is placed.  This will be returned once the items have been checked back in and there are no issues.  We will require your bank details to return your deposit as we do not hold any banking information - please can you email us on with the information.


How long can I keep my rental?

The rental items need to be received by us within five days of the event to avoid a late charge of £10/day,


What happens if an item gets lost/damaged?

We take a deposit when you place the order - if items are lost or damaged we will take the replacement cost from your deposit.


Are you open at weekends?

Yes, we can arrange fittings at weekends - by appointment only.


What happens if the suit doesn’t fit?

If you have supplied the measurements to us, you are responsible for any additional costs incurred in supplying the correct fitting items for the event.


Are you DBS checked?

Yes, we are both DBS checked, and the company is insured for liability.


How quickly can you send out a suit?

Assuming we have the stock available, and we receive the order, with payment, before 11am, we can post out for next day delivery.
